Founding Infrastructure Engineer

Role

All Perps needs someone who thinks like an attacker but builds like an operator. This person should care about deployment safety, monitoring, key management, audit readiness, incident response, and making sure the protocol can run under real market stress.

You should have

• Onchain security experience.
• Strong understanding of DeFi failure modes: oracle manipulation, liquidation risk, precision bugs, account validation, upgrade and key risk, and operational mistakes.
• Experience building production infrastructure, CI, monitoring, alerting, and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to write threat models, build test harnesses, and coordinate external audits.
• High ownership under pressure.

Strong signal

• You have led audit prep or fixed serious audit findings.
• You have built fuzzing, invariant, or simulation infrastructure.
• You are paranoid in the right ways, but still pragmatic enough to ship.
