Founding role
Full-Stack Engineer, Trading UX
You will own the trader-facing product surface that turns the protocol into a usable trading venue.
Role
All Perps needs a full-stack engineer who can ship the first trader-facing product surface and the supporting backend systems around it. You should be comfortable moving between market pages, charting, order entry, positions, PnL, liquidations, funding, wallet state, execution status, alerts, realtime data, APIs, indexing, and operational tooling without losing correctness around onchain state. We will use Rust for backend systems and TypeScript for frontend work.
You should have
- Strong TypeScript and React for frontend work, with enough proficiency in Rust and backend fundamentals to work across the stack.
- Experience building production product surfaces with wallet, trading, fintech, crypto, or data-heavy workflows.
- Ability to design clean APIs, schemas, jobs, dashboards, and frontend states around complex domain logic.
- Ability to index and manage client-side state for trading charts, order books, positions, and execution status.
- Experience with TradingView or similar charting libraries, WebSockets, streaming APIs, and low-lag realtime interfaces.
- Experience building mobile-friendly interfaces for dense trading workflows.
- Enough DeFi knowledge to understand positions, collateral, PnL, liquidations, funding, and oracle data.
- Taste for fast product iteration without hiding correctness problems under UI polish.
Strong signal
- You have shipped a production trading interface, wallet product, crypto app, analytics product, or operational dashboard.
- You have built realtime UI around charts, order books, WebSocket feeds, or fast-changing market data.
- You can turn ambiguous product requirements into working software without creating brittle systems.
- You care about latency, reliability, observability, and edge cases because real users depend on them.
